A Terrigal property with four sprawling levels, two pools, two kitchens, six bedrooms and 180-degree views out to the ocean could be set to sell for one of the highest prices on record for the suburb.
With price expectations in excess of $6 million, the grand home at 1 and 2/5 Glen View Cr was originally two separate apartments when the owners decided to buy the downstairs property and create a mega entertainer's pad around four years ago.
Now with a shared foyer, the property is the perfect place to host visiting friends and family, who will love having their own little piece of paradise within walking distance to the beach.
And to top it off, the property is still on two separate titles too, which will give potential buyers a myriad of options.
"The house even comes with all the furniture, it has everything" agent Bev Barendse from The Agency said.

"There is nothing like this in the area with the four levels and two pools. It is just so spacious, with everything done to the highest of standards. I'm so honoured to present this to the market."
The top apartment has been extensively renovated by the owners and includes a bespoke Danish kitchen with Smeg appliances and a sparkling pool with ocean views.
Downstairs features a Miele kitchen and a main bedroom with private access to a second pool.
Both levels include relaxed, open-plan living spaces, multiple covered entertainment terraces and views across one of the coast's most popular holiday destinations.
There is ducted airconditioning throughout, garage space for four cars and multiple living zones.
Ms Barendse said that it was hard to put a price on the home, with no comparable properties in the area.

"From an apartment point of view, it could set a local record," she said.
The top sale in Terrigal is currently a multi-sale – two neighbouring oceanfront blocks on The Scenic Highway, which sold in 2016 for $7 million.
According to CoreLogic, the current apartment sales record in Terrigal is around $3.5 million. Tony Denny's penthouse in the Elysium complex is currently on the market, earlier this year it had a guide of $4.5 million to $4.9 million.
